JAKARTA - Seluruh sites yang mengalami gangguan karena anomali satelit Telkom 1 sudah berfungsi kembali kemarin (10/9) malam. Direktur Utama Telkom Alex J Sinaga menjelaskan, sebanyak 14.689 sites atau 98 persen dari total 15.019 sites yang terganggu sudah berfungsi pada pukul 20.00 kemarin. Sisa dua persennya diselesaikan pihak Telkom hingga tengah malam.
"Puji syukur kami ucapkan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, bahwa upaya kami dalam memulihkan seluruh layanan pelanggan yang terkena dampak anomali Satelit Telkom 1 sesuai dengan komitmen," kata Alex pada konferensi pers di Gedung Merah Putih Telkom kemarin malam.
Alex menjelaskan, Alex memerinci, dari 15.019 sites itu, sebanyak 12.030 merupakan ATM dan sempat offline. Seluruh ATM bank-bank yang menggunakan Satelit Telkom 1 kini sudah bisa berfungsi normal. ATM bank-bank BUMN seperti BNI, BRI, dan Bank Mandiri sudah 100 persen pulih. Begitu juga dengan ATM BCA.
"Berdasarkan hasil koordinasi dengan manajemen BCA, disimpulkan bahwa sistem konektivitas untuk layanan ATM telah pulih secara keseluruhan. Beberapa aspek operasional untuk memfungsikan sejumlah mesin ATM masih berlangsung untuk memastikan seluruh mesin ATM berfungsi normal seperti sedia kala," kata Alex.
Sementara itu, Presiden Direktur Bank Central Asia (BCA) Jahja Setiaatmadja memutuskan untuk tetap membebaskan biaya tarik tunai antar bank satu hari lagi dari tenggat waktu yang ditetapkan. Pembebasan biaya ATM ditambah lagi satu hari sampai dengan hari ini tanggal 11 September.
"Tetap dipotong biaya saat transaksi namun akhir bulan akan dikembalikan ke rekening nasabah. Kami harap nasabah tidak kecewa dan kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi," ujarnya kepada Jawa Pos (Induk Jambi Ekspres), kemarin (10/9).
Jahja menuturkan, sejauh ini tim pemulihan ATM dari BCA bersama dengan pihak-pihak terkait terus berupaya melakukan pemulihan ribuan unit ATM yang sebelumnya bermasalah. "Sejauh ini tim kami dari BCA telah mendapat support penuh dan luar biasa dari Telkom, Rintis, Primacom serta I Forte dalam proses repointing/redirecting di tengah kendala di lapangan yang terjadi," katanya.
Menurutnya, kendala di lapangan tersebut di antaranya yakni melakukan redirecting ke satelit baru terdapat kendala teknis, seperti terhalang gedung ataupun pohon. Sehingga tim harus menggeser letak posisi antena per lokasi. "Hal itu membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang melelahkan," imbuhnya.
Dia menjamin, seluruh tim telah bekerja dengan maksimal dan tanpa henti untuk memulihkan seluruh fungsi dan operasional ATM emiten dengan kode perdangan BBCA tersebut. Namun, sejauh ini setelah ATM tersambung menurutnya masih perlu dilakukan beberapa hal teknis di lapangan. Diantaranya yakni mengisi ATM yang offline dan telah dikosongkan sebelumnya untuk kepentingan keamanan.
Proses tersebut kembali membutuhkan tahapan lebih lanjut. "Maka kemungkinan besar besok (hari ini) masih ada beberapa mesin ATM kami yang masih belum berfungsi maksimal," jelasnya.
Saat ini, Telkom juga sedang mengupayakan percepatan peluncuran satelit Telkom 4 yang akan menggantikan satelit Telkom 1. Alex menjelaskan, meskipun, sesuai dengan kontraknua, satelit tersebut baru akan diluncurkan pada Agustus tahun depan, dia akan memastikan kemungkinan dilakukannya percepatan.
"Jadwalnya memang Agustus 2018. Kami berencana untuk bertemu dengan pabrikan dan peluncurnya untuk mihat apakah bisa dipercepat," jelas Alex.
Di sisi lain, Menkominfo Rudiantara juga akan memastikan slot kosong yang ditinggalkan satelit Telkom 1 tetap aman dan tidak digunakan satelit lain agar bisa dipakai satelit Telkom 4 tahun depan. Rudiantara mengatakan, pihaknya sudah mengirim surat notifikasi kepada International Telecommunication Union (ITU) terkait tidak lagi beroperasinya satelit Telkom 1.
